2002 pontiac bonneville rear windows wont work? I'm assuming its the regulators. is it an easy fix?

This is not hard to fix first remove plastic door panel. turn key on find plug for power motor test for voltage while holding window switch down. if you have power when switch is depressed motor is burned out.
