I got the crank sensor change and it's still reading the same code p1374 4x

Having that code doesn't mean you have a bad crank sensor. It means there is an issue with the crank sensor circuit on the 3X portion. It can be the sensor itself, the balancer veins, the wiring or the computer itself. That still has to be determined.
