ac blower motor for a 2002 pontiac Bonneville won't turn off after fuse is replaced

I replaced a fuse for the ac blower motor in a 2002 pontiac bonneville, now it wont shut off even when the key is out of the ignition. What do I do?

The blower motor relay could be sticking an constantly powering it-

No, I don't believe it is an auto temp control system, thanks for your help.
