AC blower motor for a 2002 Pontiac Bonneville won't turn off after fuse is replaced

I replaced a fuse for the ac blower motor in a 2002 pontiac bonneville, now it wont shut off even when the key is out of the ignition. What do I do?

The blower motor relay could be sticking an constantly powering it-

Swap it with a like relay and see what happens
