I have a 2002 Aztec that is AWD and I would like to know if I could just replace it with a normal fwd transmission?

We only recommend direct fit parts. On today's cars, when you change one thing, several others are affected.

I don't recommend it. That changes computers, vacuum harnesses, wiring harnesses... Will it work? Anything is possible, but you need to be prepared for headaches.

it might change the computer and make it bring up a code but their is no vacuum lines that go this transmission and the wiring harness can be easily changed
