where is the pressure regulator located in the peugeot 206 5 door year 2002

My vehicle is loosing power when driving and the engine is working well, the TPS was change but the problem still remains.

At times when I stop the vehicle and start it againg the engine is powering but the vehicle is not moving. I have to leave it for hours befor it can start it again.

check the fuel pressure first as the regulator is not a common failure.

check the exhaust for a clogged converter as well.
