What makes a 02 olds Bravada make aloud clanging noise when you turn wheel either way?

I drove and it kinda shuddered when I turned right or left, then I turned left to park and it made a loud clanging noise and still does

Does car have to be moving to make noise? Have you investigated under hood?

Yes car is running and going down street about 20 mph ive only driven it about 2 miles to get home
