Have you had the battery tested yet? If a battery is too far gone can make it difficult to jump start even.

My car stalls out every time I stop. It is showing a code for a bad knock sensor. Would this cause it to stall and the engine cut off? Or is it something else? How hard is it to replace?

Stalling is not normally assoicated with a knock sensor issue, when knock sensors fail you will get sluggish performance but not stalling.

Fully charge battery on slow charge over night, then take it to the auto parts store and have it load tested, usually for free. If all is good test cables and starter next. Post results

You will need to remove the intake manifold to access knock sensor. Unfortunately I haven't found a video of this specific repair
