car not moving smooth?

When accelerations given in beginning the car not moving smooth RPM gets 3 to 4 this is couple of seconds then moving smoothly is it Gear Problem OR Electric Problem. My friends says it is Electric problem.

It sounds like the engine is misfiring which can be an electrical problem. I would start by giving the engine a full tune up. This guide can help and I have included instructions for your car in the images below.

I would run the codes to see if any are stored, it sounds like you may have throttle bore that needs to be served, here are two guides and instructions for your car below.
