2002 Nissan Sentra Timing Chain Tensioner Repair Time

What is the estimated time it takes to replace the timing chain tensioner on a 2002 Nissan Sentra?

According to my info, 1.1 hour labor is to replace the tensioner. However, it calls for 6.1 hours to replace the chain. Not sure how there is that much if a difference. Both require basically the same procedure to access the part.
