My cars clutch pedal is stuck to the floor and I have to pull it back up in order to get it unstuck and it doesn't let me get into gear but the car still turns on normally, there are no lakes, I checked the master and slave cylinder and neither are leaking and the re savor is full so looks like no fluid has leaked. Could it be that it needs a new clutch?

it may be a bad master cylinder. or slave or a clutch. look by clutch and see if slave has moved or has pressure, release the pressure from slave an dif it does then it's probably the clutch.
