Have the radiator hose replaced. It is bad if it ballons up due to pressure and can burst any time.

After replacement of the radiator hose, top up the coolant and run engine for 5 minutes without cap. Add coolant when level drops. After 5 minutes, top up and close radiator cap.

Run engine to operating temperature and allow to cool down. Recheck coolant level and top up if necessary.

Have a pressure test done to ensure there is no leakaing in the cooling system. If there are any leakages, the coolant level would always drop.

If the reservoir tends to overflow, have the radiator cap replaced, hope it is not a bad head gasket.

If the head gasket is blown, no seal is going to work. If the head gasket is bad, leaking combustion presssure from the cylinders would get into the cooling system and no amount of bleeding would get the air out.
