If I repetitively hit my brake pedal the engine will slow down tremendously to the point where it will stall out sometimes any ideas?

That is normal because when the brake booster is repeatedly used, it is pulling vacuum from the engine manifold which would cause the engine idling to drop and maybe stall.

I believe your idling speed is too low and being affected by the use of vacum.

Idle speed is computer controlled and cannot be adjusted. Get the throttle body and Idle Air Control valve cleaned and retest.
