2002 pathfinder how do you remove the o2 sensors

right front resonator replacement but I can's get the o2 sensor out of the old one. Is there a trick to remove, from the new one it looks like it screws in, but no luck turning.

They screw in. It is either rusted in place or gulded. Try using a good penetrating fluid to see if that helps.
