2002 Nissan Pathfinder overheating

Replaced thermostat, radiator, hoses. Still overheats but lower radiator hose stays COLD. . Has good heat

Did you remove air relief plugs when filling the cooling system? Note the picture.

How hot is the engine getting in degrees F?

If trapped air isn't causing the problem, my next thought is does the radiator fan work and what about the water pump. Any trouble codes for the radiator fan or coolant temp sensor?
