Transmission filter replacement

Replacing the transmission filter, there is one bolt left holding it on. and it just spins.... doesn't come off

When turning the bolt, try to flex the filter to apply downward pressure to the bolt to see if it will come out. It could very will have a nut backing it up, the manual calls it a strainer which usually implies it is a metal screen and not actually a filter. If this is the case they aren't serviceable parts
