My 2002 Altima is heating up on me. If I get on the highway, it heats up faster than on street travel. I have changed the thermostat, had the radiator flushed. The check engine light was on, had that fixed. Tune up, done. Diagnostic checked. Sensor changed. The cadillac convertor has been changed. But yet it still runs hot. The air conditioner will run for a while, As long as it is normal, before it gets hot. What else could it be?

Do you have coolant losses issues?
Are the cooling fans working?
How was the radiator flushed?

Yes, a little loss. The fans are working. Radiator was flushed with some over the counter product.

Such flushing does not work. The radiator top or bottom tank has to be removed to throughly clean the fins for clogging that can be caused by chemical reactions, rust or sludge.
