I put on the head gasket, crank up car, it ran smooth, but when I backed it out the driveway it acts like it has no power, like I give it gas & no power. If one tooth off on the timing gear would this make this problem happen? Also, now has a miss to it, when you give it gas & stalling out. Please help, thank you.

yes if belt is not lined up it will not have power. this may be an interference engine so also being a tooth off you may have bent a valve is why it misfires.

I turned the motor over by hand to make sure the valves won't hit nothing, then started it up. Still no power. I give it gas no power, push throttle down and won't give it gas, running terrible. Any more suggestions??

scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge.
