Have a 2002 Altima 2.5s all four cylinders have water
no over heating indication (steam) or gauges, top radiator hose came off. No leaks on ground after refilling. Car started and drove about 4miles then lost total power. Removed plugs then found water. No water in crank case. Any thoughts as to problem.

I would still be checking for a blown head gasket, do a head check, this is a simple and quick chemical test for Co in the cooling system, if so you will have a head gasket problem.
