2002 Nissan Altima Steering wheel shakes when driving 50 mphs?

Have tire balance checked, check alignment, check for a bent wheel, and check to make sure the front tires don't have a shifted belt or damaged tire. Also, if it only happens when you use the brakes, check the rotors for being warped. I would also recommend checking all steering components.
