YOU MAY BE HAVE SOMETHING MORE SIMPLE THAN ALL THAT. THERE A (P5202 RECALL) FOR SOME NISSAN VEHICLES FROM 2004 & UP. DUE(BUTTERFLY VALVE) POWER VALVE INTAKE ISSUE. THE TINY BOLTS FROM THE POWER VALVES INSIDE THE LOWER INTAKE MANIFOLD COME LOOSE AND YOUR CAR HAVE NO POWER YOU EXPERIENCE SOMETHING LIKE, SPARKPLUGS PROBLEMS ONE OR MORE CYLINDERS DOESN'T WORK CORRECTLY. ALSO THE BUTTERFLIES COULD LOOSE THAT ALL AND GET INGESTED BY THE ENGINE. I MADE THAT JOB ON THIS WEEK AND ONE OF THE BUTTERFLIES GOT LOOSE AND BROKE DOWN BY THE MIDDLE GETTING INGESTED INSIDE THE COMBUSTION CHAMBER.I REMOVED THE INTAKE MANIFOLD, I GOT CHECK ABOUT ANY PARTICLE OF METAL WITH A MAGNET, PLIERS AND BELIEVE ME. WHEN I WAS TRY TO START THE CAR WITHOUT A SPARK PLUGS(ONE AT TIME) ALL THE SMALL PIECES INSIDE THE CHAMBER CAME OUT! I SO LUCKY DIDN'T HAVE MAJOR DAMAGES. ON MY CASE #1 CYLINDERS WENT FAULTY. I FOUND BOTH SPARKS PLUGS(1-2) WITH COMPLETLY CLOSED CONTACTS.I REPLACED ALL FOUR BUTTERFLIES(PART NUMBER 14513-8J0000)$8.10ea (14511-8J00B)$2.47ea SCREW-PROTECTOR. DON'T FORGET THE INTAKE GASKETS. 2002 VEHICLES ARE NOT INCLUDED ON THIS RECALL, BUT THAT PROBLEMS ARE HAPPENED WITH THEM TOO. I HOPE THIS INFO COULD HELP YOU.
