2002 Nissan Almera Been Great Runner Had Problems Now Face Car Start Idle Very

My Nissan Almera has been a great Runner and never had any problems but now im face with the car start and Idle very well but does not pick up reves above 2000, we have replaced the coil packs and still has the same problem please help!!!

Is the Malfunction Indicator Light showing?
Did you check if the floor mat is affecting the pedal travel?
