2002 Mitsubishi Pajero Pejero Jeeps Starts Morning Will Warm Five Minuites

My pejero jeeps starts in the morning but i will need to warm it up for five minuites before it moves. then when accelerating, it the sound it gives is quite high. this only happens if i slow down and want to accelerate further. thanks
