My Mitsubishi Montero overheated and had some heater hoses replaced that were rusted through. Then the thermostat was sticking after that. Replaced the thermostat and now upon starting, it runs really rough. What could be causing that?

Seems the engine is misfiring. Check if any of the spark plug wires have been dislodged or not securely installed.

Was the cooling system bled of air after replacement of parts and is there any coolant losses issues?
