2002 Mitsubishi Montero misfire

problem with my 2002 mitsubishi motero sport. We replaced plugs, wires and coil packs. One of the coil packs is not firing the 2 wires connected to it. Any advice on what I should do?

Could be the crankshaft position sensor or the computer itself
