My hot/cold gauge is above normal and my radiator is full and not leaking. What could be the problem?

Does this happen in slow moving traffic situations or at highway speeds?

Bad cooling fans, cloggged rdiator, stuck thermostat are some of the possible causes. Driving conditions would enable us to understand what could be the cause.

If you could respond to my question about when it's occurring, I can be a lot more specific to what might be causing it.

You should always start with a cooling system pressure test to determine if the system is completely sealed or not.
