2002 Mitsubishi Lancer Cedia S Engine Off Three Times While Driving Mostly

My lancer cedia's engine has gone off three times while driving. Mostly it happens when in a jam, when I slow down. I have also realised that when I dont accelerate the engine threatens to go off. What could be the problem?

Idling speed is too low. Try cleaning the throttle body and IAC.
