2002 Mitsubishi Galant whistling while accelerating

The car makes a faint high pitched whistling noise while accelerating. Also the car shakes while in drive but stooped.

Check for loose/cracked shields on bottom of car. If shaking stopped continue driving til it starts again it could be an engine mount.
