I had the car checked by two people and they both said the computer is telling them # 4 is not firing.
I put new plugs in last night and the wires were changed 2 years ago. It is still missing really bad.
What do you suggest?

Are you getting a PO304? Have you checked the coil?

Thanks for your quick response. No, have not checked coil. Would that prevent one cylinder not to fire? Also, can an auto parts store do a diagnostic on a coil do you know?

A few things can cause a cylinder not to work. Can you check some things for me?

The first thing I want you to do is check the bad cylinder to see if there is spark to the plug (also check the condition of the plug). You should get a hot blue snapping spark.
