Ok so i cant get my car to turn on the obd2 code reader i checked the fuse for the cigerette lighter and it works so i was wondering if you could tell me where the obd2 fuse might be and how can i get it to start working so i can get it inspected

check all fuses with a test light to verify they are good. it works off of that fuse
