driver side wiper blade moves freely when wiper switch is off whereas the passenger side wiper stays locked in position with switch off. did not see anywhere to tighten driver side blade/arm. both wipers turn on when switch is turned on but driver arm goes down too far on the downswipe and the tip gets stuck under the base of the passenger side arm.

There's a plastic cap to unsnap over the pivot and a nut under it to tighten. Be sure to position the arm in the right place before you tighten the nut.
