I have a 2002 Mitsubishi eclipse and the alarm wont turn off

I was removing a radiator hose and as soon as I took off the hose the alarm went off but I dont have an alarm system in my car

Try disconnecting the horn lead from the horn. If that quiets it, find out what shorted the horn lead and where, then fix it.
