Are you sure it is the park light and not the brake lights? A bad stopper at the pedal or stop light switch would cause the brake lights to stay on all the time.

Speedometer is not related to this, it could be due to a faulty vehicle speed sensor located on the transmission.
For park lights, the front lights should be on as well, did you check? I want to confirm this because the brake lights are often mistaken for the taillights.

Yes, the front light as well as the backlight is on. There is no problem with the break lights.

There is no problem with the headlight, I can turn it on and off. It is the park light. Eventhough you already turned off the car engine it is still on. There is also no problem with the reverse light.

One said that maybe it is grounded, or maybe it is the fuse.

I suggested unplugging the taillight relays, did you do that? Quite often a stuck relay causes the lights to stay on.
It definitely is not the fuse as it is not turning off.

Our database does not have any information on your vehicle so I do not have any diagrams nor do I know the erxact location of components.
I can only guide you on the process and you would have to find the components etc yourself/
Look under the hood for the relay box and find one labelled taillight. Unplug the relay ( pull it out) and see if the light goes off.
