So it seems as if on one of screws was put back on it craked threw is the cement or something I can put on it

It depends on what cracked if it's aluminum wher eit screws in then you need a heli coil if plastic you need a new part and don't tighten it like a gorilla next time.

Where can I find a diagram of the engine to let me know where the thermostat is. I have the part and understand it's an easy replacement. Just don't know where to look.
I can't find the manual in stock anywhere.

If you have the 3.3L engine its in the front of engine in the middle
above water pump pulley
check the diagram
