Hello, I'm hoping you can help me in diagnosing my sables problem. My sable has 148,000 miles and has been an excellent car. Last fall my heater quit working and I parked it for the winter because the mechanics I took it to said that it wasn't the therm. and it probably would be expensive to fix. Yes, these were shadetree mechanics. Anyway, I recently pulled my sable out of the garage and started checking and replacing fluids and such before I started to drive it. My check engine light is on, and stays on. My radiator is foaming brown stuff. I had a neighbor flush the system and I added new antifreeze, but it still flows over the foamy brown stuff. The car seems to run just fine but I am afraid that if I continue to drive it I will end up killing it. Can you give me some suggestions what it might be? Thanks so much!

Humm when a radiator does that it is usually a blown head gasket. If you rev the engine does it spill more stuff?? If so a pricy fix.
