All gages and radio stopped working while driving then car cut off

ANY RECENT ELECTRICAL ISSUES HAPPENED, WHEREAS SOMETHING MIGHT HAVE GOT CROSSED UP, EVEN FOR A SPLIT SECOND (SUCH AS A JUMP START)?

HAVE YOUR BATTERY FULLY TESTED AT A POPULAR PARTS STORE, THIS IS USUALLY A FREE SERVICE

IF IT IS STILL GOOD, BUT DISCHARGED DOWN TO NOTHING, SUSPECT THE ALTERNATOR MIGHT BE BAD (IT TOO, IS TESTABLE)

CHECK FUSES AND FUSIBLE LINKS RELATED TO THE CHARGING SYSTEM BEFORE YOU RUN OUT AND BUY A BIG ITEM!
