I change the oil and I have change it before but this time it heats up but slow what could it be ? I check the water and that ant it.

If the engine is taking a long time to warm up, chances are the thermostat is stuck open. You need to check that first.

I am not saying it heats up slow the my problem is that it does before I use to turn it on and it would stay low the temp I use to drive 30 miles or more and the temp would barely go up. But now the temp rises but slow but like in 5 mins and before it wouldn't.
