2002 Mercury Marquis fuel problem

I have a 2002 mercury grand marquis and it runs good except when I am up to around 50 mph at a steady speed it goes to jerking like I am running out of gas and I let up off the gas a little it stops and when I hold that speed again it repeats its self

Have you tried unhooking the egr valve to see if the problem goes away?

I have not just unhook it ,but I replace it with a new one and the same results occurred. I replace fuel filter it stop for a couple days and started back

Try just hooking the egr valve leaving it in place and see how it runs?Also is it worse with the ac on?Any codes in the computer?
