Hi, I just replace the crankshaft position sensor on my 2002 CLK55 mercedes benz. Every thing was good for 3 days, then the check engine light came back on, and now it's having issues starting.
Confused. The car runs fine after it starts. It will crank over with no spark. After trying key 3-4 times the car will start. Check engine light is on.

CEL/SES On
What you need to do here is have the computer scanned for OBD2 codes, there's a problem within the engine management system that caused the light to turn On, this is your starting point of diagnosis

I know it was throwing a camshaft code too. From what I've read it doesn't keep the car from ignition. Bad info? No other codes.

What make you think its the same code that's popping the CEL-You didn't say its constantly coming back for the CPS then I will approach it differently-Good Luck
