2002 mercedes ML320 wobble in front end. seems to be the worse at around 40 mph

Have all steering components checked. Also, have tires checked for a shifted belt as well as check for a bent rim.

warped brake rotors and bad tires are the most problematic in these models . if pressing the brake makes the shake worse then suspect a warped rotor. if it does not then it could be something as easy as a out of balance tire
