Drivers side door difficult to open from outside but will open easily from inside. How do you fix that problem?

If you mean you have to lift much harder than normal on the handle to get the latch to pop, older Chryslers used to develop the same problem with a real easy fix. Look on the back of the door for a curved slot. Inside that slot you'll find a bolt that needs an Allen wrench to loosen. I seem to recall that on Chryslers that was a 3/16" or 7/32" wrench. Loosen that bolt, work the outside handle a few times, release it, then tighten the bolt.
