Electrical problems after replacing battery

Hey Guys, this problem is baffling me! Just replace the battery in my 02 Merc c230 and the head unit won't power up. The eject buttin works and the display but nothing else. It was working perfectly before. I have tried unplugging, checked the fuses but to no avail. Can you help?

factory or aftermarket radio??

you will have to look at your manual about the resets. if you dont have it, you need a radio shop that specializes in these units to re set it for you

I have tried all of the resets and none of them work. I believe it is electrical...and not so much with the head unit itself. I will try callin a specialist. Thanks for the help though!
