When i fill water in radiator bottle its leak from engine down side. All pipes are fine and fixed correctly.Now what is the problem with car coolant system.

You may have leaking core plug or side plates, or even a leak from the head gasket, a cooling system pressure test will show up any external leaks, this is a cheap and quick test, get this done first.
