missing brake hardware

I can not figure out out to get the m clips back on my front brakes

I had took my car to budget brakes to let them do my brakes. Well I deceided to replace them myself this time. Come to find out, they had left all the m clips out. I had to go and buy new hardware because of them. That's why the crazy question.
