Just replaced my battery and now :
1. Car won't start
2. Alarm trips every few minutes.
Mazda dealer has no clue-but it must be something I have to reset in the electrical system. One suggestion I found was to lock/unlock drivers door from the outside (with key). The alarm system does work off that door.

try resetting your security system on most cars when battery is disconnected/replaced security system has to be replaced. If no manual on how to do it look online.

Yeah-that was it. The security system was the issue. Locking/unlocking the drivers door with a key cleared it up.

Thanks
