First check AC control panel display,if show, check the blower fuse.
If it is OK,use the test light to check the blower motor.

There is also a blower motor speed controller that can be at fault here. You need to first test for power and ground at the motor to see which one is missing if any and that will determine the next step.

What's the difference? You need a test light that reads both power or ground.
