2002 Lincoln Navigator Replace Fuel Pump Did Whole Assembly Pump Low Light Came

i replace the fuel pump, did the whole assembly pump but the low fuel light came on and fuel guage is showing empty but tank is almost full. what is the problem ? do i need to program the pump ?

check the connector. make sure it is clean.

what brand pump module???
