2002 Lincoln Navigator low compression

Has skip on cylinders 1 4 6 7 with cylinder contribution test. But checked compression and is low on cylinders 5 6 7 8 drivers side bank. Could it be cam phase problem stuck maybe?
had one with same problem with f-250 3 valve 5.4 navigator uses a 5 valve
