2002 Lincoln LS how to replace hydraulic fan?

I have been to three well experienced mechanic's and no one knows how to replace this hydraulic fan the last mechanic said he can probably do it but doesn't what tool is used to take the fan off reason no one really knows is because this part was only used for like a year on these models does anyone know anything about this part and how to replace it?

This is what service manuals are for. Almost all independent repair shops subscribe to one of the very expensive online service data providers so they will have access to the information. The hydraulic lines are removed just like power steering hoses and brake lines. Everything else is just nuts and bolts like on any other job. I have a suspicion they simply don't want to work on the car, more for difficult access or if the job takes excessive time. Other manufacturers use this system too. I fail to see the advantage of it over a simple electric fan motor, but there's probably a reason they went to this system.
