my lincoln does not blow warm air, so i replaced the dccv, from what i read online from forums. it still is not blowing warm air so could it be the temp sensor needs replaced?

wow, you are really guessing without checking basics first.

check coolant level, thermostat, heater core before going off on a tangent. after basics are done, then you need the hvac system scanned for codes and controls.
